PassReady is an online service. We do not ship a physical product or charge shipping fees.

Upload your inspection report before checkout and save your private report link. After payment is confirmed, that link provides access to your restaurant workspace.

Keep your private report and manager links secure. Share staff task links only with the assigned team members.

Access help

If your payment is confirmed and your workspace does not open, call (877) 572-7773 or use the Contact us form. Include your restaurant name and order number. Do not post private access links or payment-card details in public messages.

Refund requests are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
